Kumbartcho Nursery

Our Nursery specialises in Native Plants that are mainly indigenous to the SE Queensland Region, although we do propagate some popular Native Plants that are indigenous to North Queensland and Northern NSW.

The Pine Rivers Community Nursery was a joint venture between the Bunya Community Association Inc., Grovely Campus Association of Students and the then Pine Rivers Shire Council (now Moreton Bay Regional Council).

The Nursery was established in 1998 and is situated on the site of the former Bunya Wildlife Park.
