SEDGE TO 50CM TALLPerennial, bisexual species with short rhizome and densely tufted slender erect stems 15 to 50cm tall. Inflorescences simple terminal spikelets with minute green, white, pale yellow or brown flowers followed by light brown seeds. Hardy.
