SHRUB TO 7 METRES TALLTall bushy upright shrub with papery bark, aromatic foliage and white flowers to 5cm long in summer. Very hairy, tolerates quite heavy shade and poorly drained conditions. Flowers attracts birds. Frost hardy. Distilled oil sold commercially as germicide.
