SHRUB OR TREE TO 6 METRES TALLOpen habit, spectacular 10cm pink or sometimes yellow flowers in Summer & Autumn. Aborigines used bark for rope & string. Young parts of plant edible raw in salads etc. Good bird refuge site and attracts Jewel & Hibiscus beetles. Bush tucker plant.
